Harvester of Simcoe has aromas of passion fruit, bright pine, berry, and earth, followed by some bready notes. The taste is a creamy pine flavor supported by tropical notes and a firm but rounded bitterness.

Can to tulip.
Appearance: hazy burnt orange color with a finger's worth of white foamy head which dissolved at a nice pace to leave some light lace
Aroma: passion fruit to lemony to piney hops up front then a nice clean malt bill
Flavor: meshes the prior noted aromas from a sweet & semi tart dark berry-ish tone to a nice bittersweet quality; finishes piney, passion fruity and light maltiness
Texture: medium bodied, sessionable; good smoothness
Overall: a very nicely done DIPA, I would return to.

Pint can from The Beer Trappe, 5/23/23. Hazy pale orange, medium beige head, average retention. Aroma of mango, passionfruit, white grape, berry, pale malt. Taste is mango, passionfruit, white grape, pale malt. For the grape note a real Scuppernong vibe. Mild bitterness. solid.

16 oz can at Equilibrium, 3/3/23, canned 2/7/23. Hazy yellowish color, white head, strong lace. Papaya, blueberry, and passion fruit. Juicy and a little sweet. Lots of flavor for the juicy juicers. Tasty, well made, could use a touch of bitterness for some balance, but otherwise it is rather tasty.

Pours hazy gold into a tulip. White head with good retention conglomerates and recedes leaving trailing sheets. Hot mango aromas. Sweet with hot passion fruit and mango upfront turning to cardboard, pine and peel in the lasting finish.

16oz can pours a murky orange with some creamy white head. Nose is interesting, big papaya, piney too, big passionfruit too. Flavor has pine and passionfruit, peach and melon. Sort of tropical fruit tea. Full bodied, a little tannic, fruity, a little bitter and some bite from the booze.

Can from The Gull, North Vancouver; JUL 16 21, 3 months old
Cloudy to murky blond colour; very large, comact head. The aromaof ripe fruit, stone fruit, caramelized pineapple. Mild residual sweetness; combined with the high carbonation, there's a suspicion of can refermentation, but minimal; it has a pillowy base, lightly oaty/creamy, and a bold hopping, maybe not as fresh as it may have once been, but there are decent fruity components, sweet orange; light hop resins; some alcohol warmth in the finish; moderate to low bitterness.

16 oz. can, pours an opaque cloudy golden orange with a large white head and lots of sediment. Aroma brings out bright piney hops, citrus peel, some light tropical fruit, and bready malt. Flavour is quite fruity, with lots of pithy stone fruits, passionfruit, pungent citrus hops, and light pine. It's a bit dirty and pithy, but it's vibrant and hoppy. Bright, citrusy and pithy. A bit clumsy and overripe on the finish. Good, but could be better.
