Bottled (thanks Roger Källman!). Pale yellow colour, no head. Aroma is honey, some slight wood and mild sweet malts. Flavour is honey, some slight dry wooden notes with mild elderflower to it. Somewhat dry palate, nice low carbonation making it feel fresh.

Bottle 33 cl. Pours almost crystal with a vague, slightly hazy yellowish note and a small, white head. Fruity, flowery honey aroma. Kinda light in body, very fizzy, dry and slightly tart honey accents - a little minty even. But a different and modern take on a mead. 190219

Bottled 330ml (AIH91) Pale yellow colour, not much head. Sweetish honey in the nose. Some floweryness. Light-bodied. Flavour is fizzy and dry - white-wineous with green apple, lemon and pear with light honey. Good option for sparkling wine.
