Growler purchased at the brewpub, consumed at home that night. Pour is a hazed darker copper with a 1/2 inch light tan head that falls quick. Aroma is wheat, lemon fruit, some general mineral. Pretty mild nose. Taste is the wheat to start, pretty dirty, mild diacetyl, gets more dirty and muddled through the middle and finish, which shows the plastic butter sweetness. Palate is medium bodied, soft carbonation and the dirty finish. This was a fresh keg, I waited for them to change it.

Fishbowl @ the brewpub. This is a dark colored wheat that is still hop-centric. There is a bit of dark banana esters underneath that but its still a mish-mash of American hops dominating both aroma and flavor. Very drinkable but not enough for me to finish that fishbowl, that’s a whole lot of beer.
