I added this separately from the regular keller which is a Helles and this was the Pils pulled out early. Pint pour at the brewpub. It is a beautiful beer, a glowing, shining, radiant yellow, not even straw but lemon colored as if sun rays are caught in it. Atop of that sits a small but resilient head. Aroma is very mineral lemon with thick white biscuit maltiness. The flavor starts with a wonderful lemon hop zing that is indicative of a good pils. It is full of beautiful zinginess in the mouthfeel and so fun and easy drinking. I wanted to get a growler but I just did not want any of the delicate and wonderful aspects to be ruined from oxidation.
