@CBC–on hand pump-pours no head and amber color. Aroma is tart fruit/vinegar. Taste is tart fruit-cherry/vinegar, medium malt. Interesting/occasional.

BCTC’08. Pours a murky red color. Lots of buttery oak and over sweet sourness on the nose. Taste is similar. This is starting to be a growing trend in certain sour beers. The oak gives of a specific sweetness and the brett kind melds with it in an awkward way. Reminds me a lot of Springfield Reserve and Buzzards Bay Farmhouse. Not enjoying it as much anymore, but heck its still a sour.
