4 oz pour on draft at Meridian Pint for the Founders/Fremont SAVOR event. Shared by solidfunk, thanks! Dark golden orange with off-white head. Aromas of citrus, caramel, floral notes, biscuit. Tastes of caramel, citrus, floral notes. Medium body with a dry finish.

Very nice. Lots of citrus, and a good malt backbone. Amber pour with OK head. Medium bitter finish. Light candy aspect. Tap meridian pint.

22 oz. bottle, pours a hazy golden orange with a small white head. Aroma brings out piney and resinous hops, and a very subtle caramel malt backing. Flavour brings out fresh juicy piney and resinous hops, some medium presence of oranges, and just enough of caramel malt backing to balance. Man, this is everything about a double IPA I love. Loads of hops, dry, but with a juicy malt backbone. Wonderful stuff.

I don’t know where these guys are finding the beer. I went to 2 stores and nothing. But whatever, Chris shared this at a tasting. I was excited but this beer and had high hopes. Except it went the way of a lot of big hop-centric beers. Clear gold color. Lemony pledge mixed with light alcohol aroma. Flavor is similar. Its not hoppy, its dishwater hops.
