Keg at Burnside, 08/11/14. Lightly hazed golden with a moderate off white head. Nose is spice, citric peel, caramel, straw. Taste comprises light pumpkin essence, nutmeg, caramel, brown sugar. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, semi drying close. So so pumpkinator, doesn’t carry any great depth.

Draught at St. Augustine’s, Vancouver
Cloudy light amber color. It has a delicate smoke aroma (almost buttery though), mild malt flavor, very light smoke aftertaste; luckily the spices are not evident, nor the pumpkin, the chilies and cocoa nibs. Still, it seems a bit messy, there are exogenous elements.
Well, after all it’s a pleasant beer.

22oz bomber into plastic hotel cup. Cloudy, thick orange amber with long lasting head. So, I got this beer because its smoked and has peppers. The pumpkin spice part was hopefully not too bad. Well, I get no smoked character and the peppers are faintly spicy at the end of the flavor. The spices are moderately strong, so not as bad as it could me. Otherwise, like an amber.

On tap at Burnside, pours a clear golden with no head. Aroma is spicy, with wood, spices, and chili. Flavour is spicy, with chili peppers, and a melange of spices. Decent enough, just not the most interesting of flavours to me.
