Sample from the bottle at Tide's residence, Helsinki. Color is very cloudy golden with small white head. Fruits, musty yeast...

750ml bottle. Yeasty, tartish and slightly ripe fruity with some citrus and lemon. Decent.

Intressant.

Bottle from Etre Gourmet, bought a couple of years ago. Hazy orange/yellow with a large white head. Aroma and taste of herbs, "plastic" and some light smoke. Thin and with well hidden alcohol. Drinkable but a bit strange.

75CL bought in Belgium in Ghent I think. enjoyed @ 55F (cellar temp) in stemware split 2 ways. huge cork pop, small gush but nothing crazy. beautiful clear yellow with a 4 finger pillow like fluffy head. Nose is graham cracker, brett, cedar chips and ginger. Nicemouthfeel from the bottle conditioning, a lot of spice on this one like drinking peppered vodka and a ton of cedar, mulch, pine cone. Very much like a spicy salad w/ wood added. very little funk. I’m not a fan of this one.

Hazy pale yellow colour, white head. Sour aroma, malts, yeast, canned peach and candy. Bitter flavour, soapy, light sour, white pepper and some vegetal tones. Quite weird combination. Finish pepper, malts and yeast.
(From 75cL bottle @ ZZT-ish VIII / BBT I. Thanks for sharing, Judyvv!)

Bottle @ ZZT 8: BBT. Hazy pale yellow with a full white head. Smells herbs, malts.. Not much smell. Tastes very soapy, herbs. Hate it. Medium body, fizzy carbo.

Huge, rather dense & creamy white head over fully muddy peach-coloured beer. Phenolic, tarry nose with a citrussy lining. Plastic, smelling rather chemical... Very serious phenols, woodstainer, bitter fruit and citrus- and/or walnutpeel. Wry bitterness keeps lingering. Astringent, and not a little bit at that. refreshing it is, OTOH. Not very-well bodied. Aftertaste is (smoked) soap. Definitely one gone too far in the smoked-phenolic direction to be enjoyed at best.
