Visiting STL and at a crappy bar listening to some music. Beer choices are slim and tap lines are dirty. But I am in the mood for some liberty as any real patriot would be. fortunately American Patriot and the light are only 2 bucks. Asked for a glass and got a beautiful Bud Light STL Blues glass. Pours with a tiny head. Color is macro deep yellow. Aroma is perfectly in line to attract the Bud lovin crowd that also keeps up with the high finance of the international malt beverage industry. Smells of rotting apple core, garbage corn, and the sweet smell of ’Merica. It goes great with the surrounding aroma of hot sauce. My lower intestine wants to jump up my throat to block any chance of this beer reaching my stomach while simultaneously choking me and putting me out of the misery of having to taste this vile toilet moisturizer. The one or two small sips I can muster taste like corn syrup and sweet rotten apple juice.

Pour is a clear yellow with a large white head that dissapears quickly. Aroma is grain, maybe some corn or other adjuncts. Flavor is almost nothing. Watery and goes flat quickly. I was looking for a good lager to have around the house for summer and this ain’t it. Way too watery and flavorless. I’ll stick with Schlafly summer.
