1st rater. It was cool to catch this on a short trip to Chi-town. Drank it side by side with the Bourbon version of the base beer. Color is dark brown. In general this is a a dry light impy stout with a roasted aroma dominating. It was rather light on the flavor (I mean its a brown Imperial Stout). As a good medium, not heavy body. Would have guest an impy brown. The pepper was felt lightly at the very end of the flavor. No more chocolate than normal as far as I could tell. Balanced and subtle.
