Had this on tap at the brewpub and currently out of the bottle. It was fantastic on tap and damn good out of the 12oz bottle. The bottle is not fresh but the only side effect is a very very large head. Foamy as heck but settles down rather fast. This also appears to be bottle conditioned, may be not. But it gets cloudier with the later pours (may be protein or something). Originally it is clear straw color. The beer smells of mineral and cut grass, lively feel. Mouthfeel is alive and tingle, evaporates off the back of the tongue. Taste is similarly clean and mineral. Fresh, crisp beer. Good job and apparently able to sit in the bottle for a while. Picked up in the discount bin at Wine and Cheese.

12 oz bottle purchased at The Wine and Cheese Place in St Louis, Missouri. Pour is slight haze straw golden with a billowing three inch pure white head. Falls slowly with nice lacing. Aroma is a soft fresh cracker malt, along with mild breadiness. In the back is a zippy hoppiness and mineral. Clean and fresh nose. Taste is the cracker malt, followed close behind by a pleasant fruit sweetness, and finishing dry with the hops and mineral. As with the nose, fresh and clean. The palate is light bodied, with nice active carbonation and an unfiltered mouth feel. Dry finish, really drinkable. I really enjoy the beers Tin Mill makes, they really know what they are doing.

Pour is a bright golden with a very bready and rich aroma. Flavor is outstanding for a pils. Lots of bready malts and spicy hops with a clean finish. This was my first beer from tin mill and it is quite a dandy.
