Bottle, 22oz. It pours a more or less clear body, golden in color and with a small, off-white head. Wow, a lovely hoppy aroma greets me welcome, pine cones, lemon, tropical fruit notes and then malty sugars. The flavor is a bit dull, at least compared to the aroma, but it’s still the delicious blend of hoppyness, with sugary maltyness. A bit flat, full-bodied and dry. Lasting bitterness in the end. A really delicious aroma in this one, a pity the flavor isn’t at the same level, that would make it a world class beer in my book. 110820

22 fl oz bottle. Pours almost fully clear and golden orange with a small white head. Aroma is mild pine and grapefruity hoppy. Light peachy note in the initial flavour followed by a more dominant grapefruity to piney hops. Bitter and light toasted malty finish.

Tap at the Harbour Bainbridge. Clear, burnt orange appearance with an off white head. Mild to moderate piney hoppy, mildly earthy nose. Fairly bitter, piney hoppy, slightly caramel flavor. Piney aftertaste. Not bad.

Bottle 65 cl. Pours a clear golden with a white head. Sweet buttery nose, malty with a citrusy hop note. Medium body, fairly sweet fruit and malt with a perfumy hoppiness. Ends dry but not overly hoppy. Luckily the diacetyl seemed an aroma thing only. 230711
