From tap at ZBF2011. Pours hazy dark orange with a small tan head. Aroma is mild spiced and slight yeasty. Sweet, caramelish and rather yeasty. Slight plastic touch. Spiced and dry bitter finish. Light phenolic touch too.

Huge dense yellow head - very stable - over hazy orange beer. End of bottle amazing UFO collection. Markedly spicy nose, orange zeste, white candi sugar, some alcohol and yeastesters. Smells like an orange-based dessertsauce. BItter-spicy flavours; cray, rootspices, orange gingerbread and essentialy not-sweet. Pretty carbonated feel, medium bodied, creamy head. Rather original beer, reminds me of some Jamagne brews, in a less sweet package. Very nice for a first try.

Pours a clear orange beer with very little chunks, flecks floating around. A nice fine laced white head. Aroma is malty, somewhat sweet and a lot of green apples. Mouth feeling is round, full body. Taste is malty, some roasted malts kicking in with ripe fruits, pear maybe. Aftertaste is sparkling tartness with hops, ends pretty dry.
