Bottle 0,33 ltr: Dark brown colored brew with an nicely sweet bitter taste, hints of roasted malts, ginger and apple. Quite good brew thats well balanced due the crazy tastes.

Bottle from Geers. Best before: 7/2018. Pours hazy dark brown with a lasting, small, foamy, tan head. Aroma of red apple, redcurrant, old raisin, cake, plum, toffee, wet toast. Taste has sweetish raisin, apple, sourish berry effect too, based on toffee- & cake-like maltiness, slight yeasty feel. Bit tart, faintly herbal hoppy finish, old fruit lingering. Medium body, creamy texture, fizzy carbonation. Perfectly acceptable even if it's expired.

Bottle @ home. Dark brown colour, beige foam. Sweet nose of caramel, anise, spices. Very weak and watery. Not good.

F: big, off-white, average lasting. C: dark brown, dark red against the light, hazy. A: malt, herbal, spicy, cinnamon, star anise. T: malt, hint of roasted malt, spicy, dark fruits, curacao, spicy, hint of apple, medium body, good carbonation, interesting beer as I like curacao tones in beer, 0,33l bottle from Delhaize in Eupen.
