The Brown Bink is the 2nd Bink Beer to be brewed here, since 1997. This drinking beer goes down well with the amateurs of dark beer. The ingredients are: four types of malt, one type of Belgian hops, brewing water and yeast. Our Brown Bink is a full, softly bitter beer with a sweetish aftertaste of maltiness.

Frothy off-white head, diminishing slowly. Deep dark brown color. Not much of an aroma, only some tropical fruitiness with a hint of soapiness. Thin, yeasty, fruity flavor with cherry and apricot. Yeasty bitter finish.

Op 11-1-2019 in café De Bontekoe in Leiden van de rap. Geen mooie kleur, lichtbruin, ook de smaak is wat slap voor het percentage. Beetje tegenvallend.
