The Brown Bink is the 2nd Bink Beer to be brewed here, since 1997. This drinking beer goes down well with the amateurs of dark beer. The ingredients are: four types of malt, one type of Belgian hops, brewing water and yeast. Our Brown Bink is a full, softly bitter beer with a sweetish aftertaste of maltiness.

Backlog September 2011. Slightly unclear amber body under a fine, dense beige head. Aroma has malt, brown sugar, caramel and spicy notes. Taste is sweet with a pleasant malt flavor, some caramel, spicy, dry fruit and modest bitterness. Medium body with an average aftertaste. Quite nice, well made and smooth without any wow factor.

Bottle from Speciaalbierpakket. Aroma is dark malt, caramel, toffee, nuts, dried fruits, raisins, spicy notes, yeast. Flavour is above medium sweet with a little bitterness in the finish. Body is medium and a bit creamy. Not really my kind of beer, but it has some pleasant easy smoothness and slightly creamy body. Not bad.

Bready and nutty notes, mild alcohol. Some metallic notes in the background, slightly harsh. Medium lasting finish, bittersweet, sticky, slightly dry. Good.
