Complex hopping technology usage forms unique rich taste, differing by complexity and multifacetedness as well as by expressed aroma of Baltika Draught beer.
The specialty of the Baltika Draught beer with recommended serving temperature of 8-12°, is long sticking and slowly subsiding thick foam.

Clear Pale Yellow Color, Huge White Bubbly Head That Did Not Last Nor Did It Leave Any Traceable Lacing. Sweet Grain, Aroma. Taste About The Same: Sweet Grain, Corn, Light Bitter, Watery, Drinkable, Thirst Quencher. Nothing More. Pass It...

440ml bottle. Clear, yellowish golden colour wth average, frothy, diminishing, white head. Strawy and minimally grainy aroma, a spicy touch of hay. Taste is dry, minimally malt-spicy, a touch of hay, some straw; minimally sweet pale malty finish. Not spectacular, but as light or watery as other specimen of that style - OK.

Clear light golden colour, small white frothy quickly fading head. Aroma light malty, grainy. Smooth lightsweet and bitter taste. Light to medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation, soft bittersweet finish, pleasant clean lager.

0,44l bottle, BB 28.05.14
The beer starts smooth and slightly grainy. The mainpart is fullbodied, smooth and grainy with hints of bitterness, that get a bit more intense till the end.
Nice and easy to drink Pale Lager with a bit more flavour than average. --> 10/12/10/10

Ice-bocked in the freezer. 500 ml. clear bottle sampled @ home. Procured from Anna Maria. Bottled on 23.09.2013. Golden hay, unsurprisingly almost no white head. Sweet corn syrup nose, adjunct notes are very limited because this is ice-cold (almost literary), chemical applesauce, white sugar and artificial sweetener sweet. Taste is sweet apple, adjuncts (limited still due to cold & process), lots of corn syrup, chemical applesauce, artificial sweeteners, off-notes are limited due to the cold & process. Touch thicker corn syrup feel, probably from the ice-bocking. Regular pale lager fare, improved slightly by the process & how very cold, I drank this.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Zvika’s place. Thanks zvikar. Clear pale golden. Grainy aroma with hay and light sour hint. Sweetish and grainy flavor with a slightly drier finish. Light to medium-bodied. Pretty non-offensive.
