Tap at ZBF 2009. An beer named after a local hobo, an hazy golden coloured Tripel-style ale with an fine spicy taste and a well bitter finish.

Sample at Palace Hall, Malmö December tasting (14/12/2024) - medium sweet fruity and malty, some notes of straw, light citrus notes, grassy herbal edge, yeasty linger, medium body, spiced sweet warming malty close.

Clear golden beer with a white head. Aroma of herbal and spicy pale malt, yeast. Taste of herbal pale malt, belgian yeast, yellow fruits, high carbonation.

Pappig hefiger Beginn. Moderat herb, prickelnd, zunehmende Süße, halbwegs süffig. Konstant, mittellanger Abgang, gut trinkbar. 9/8/8/8/7/8

bottiglia 33 cl, bel cappello di schiuma bianca fine persistente, color giallo arancio torbido, al naso spezie miele spezie e alcool, in bocca miele zucchero candito frutta a pasta gialla, carbonazione piatta (male!), oily, corpo medio, l’alcool si sente un po' troppo, dolce con amaro accentuato. Sarò esigente con le Tripel ma questa è scarsina. c. Enoteca del Corso Luino 16.07.21

Bottle. Blonde, hazy. Grassy citric aroma with hints of vegetable. Thinnish, alcoholic and citric flavor with hints of yeast and grass. Longish lemon aftertaste. Decent.

For some reason i had both a tick and a rating here, and with the new ratebeer setup for ticks (est. '18) I seem to have lost the rating. Pitty. Warrants a re-rate.

Drinking a slightly older bottle @ home. Smells and tastes pretty malty and not very herbal. Has a nice sweetness to it. Simple. Combined with pretty low carbo it’s quite a smooth and enjoyable triple for me.
