Tap at Erzbierschof Zurich. Pours black with a brown foam. Aroma is milk chocolate, coffee, caramel, toffee. Body is medium to heavy, sugary, more roast flavours. Medium long palate, some sweetness. Good, but a bit weak for such an ABV.

330 ml bottle. Pours balck woith moderate tan head, Aroma of dark nutty chocolate, dried roasted malts, vanilla, and soy sauce. Flavors of slightly smoked roasted malts, chalk, nuts, chicory, and oily dark chocolate. Good enough, but for the price seems light and Imperial in ABV and name only.

33cl bottle. Very dark brown pour with a beige head. Smells like cherries, almonds, roasted malts, lactose and coffee. Tastes pretty much the same as it smells, emphasis on milk chocolate, coffee and toffee. Medium to full bodied, smooth texture, low carbonation and a bitter-sweet aftertaste.

Tasting at Matt’s, batch 01/2015
Black color with brownish head. Aroma of roasted malt, some rubber, some roasted nuts. Medium thin body, some roasted taste, alcoholic, too much carbdboard.
Good beer, not an impressive Imperial Stout.

330mL bottle, pours black with a medium tan / light brown head. Aroma brings out dry bitter dark chocolate and a touch of roast. Flavour is sludgy as hell, with chocolate fudge, muffled roast, and some earthy dryness on the finish. Quite muffled and earthy, with quite a muted set of flavours. It's okay, but not my kind of impie stout.
