Friska och fruktiga aromer och kanske någon julkrydda?. Syrligt vinöst, lätt och fruktigt, bara en aning beska från jästfällningen. Härligt sommaröl i stil med spontanjäst öl. En överaskande och positiv upplevelse.

Bottle from Systembolaget october 2009. Nice head with good duration. Color is brown. Aroma and taste are roast malt, sour brett, yeast, caramel and hops.

Bottle 75 cl. Creamy off-white good mostly lasting head. Amber colour. Sour aroma. Moderate bitter very sour/medicine flavor. Average light bitter finish. Oily palate. Strange.

Würzig-heifger Antrunk mit gelungenem Anteil an Säuerlichkeit. Stark karbonisiert, danach wird das Bier flacher und weniger attraktiv, etwas bitter, nun unausgeglichener. Nun auch etwas wässrig. Guter Beginn, danach schwächer. 7/7/7/7/12/7/7

Bottled. An unclear golden beer with a beige head. The aroma has notes of brettanomyces and grapefruit. The flavor is sweet with notes of grapefruit as well as a lighter note of brettanomyces, leading to a dry and tart finish.

Bottled. Deep ambery brown colour, mediumsized beigeish brown head. Aroma is dark dry fruits, toffee, mild sour wooden notes. Flavour is sweet malts, ashes, some sour wood, leather and toffee.

Clear ruby mahogany with a large beige fluffy head. Sourish aroma with lacto and roasted malt. Sourish flavour with roasted malt, chalk, lacto and brett. Wied kind of guy. Finished dry and sourish.
