Bottle (’09 bottle enjoyed June ’10): A slow moving gusher was easily lifted from the table to the sink without any loss. As I wait for the massive pinkish sandy head to subside, I take in a delicious aroma of fruits and yeast. Sweets, sours, and tarts. A glowing glass is peach juice in color, btw. Really enjoying the flavors of the guava and yeast here, hints of other tropical fruits. Not getting any real spiciness, but it stays dry and lightly tart. A little clove in the end as it warms. Really enjoyable. One of the best saisons I’ve had to date. Thanks changeup45!

bottle shared by jsquire at Fort Wayne tasting - Pours hazy pink-orange with a small off-white head. It has a very fruity aroma that’s full of guava. The flavor is sweet and guava rich with a bubbly, medium body. Pretty good. I’d call it a fruit beer. The guava is prominent.

Bottle 75cl. @ cgarvieuk - Cigar City tasting.Clear medium yellow orange color with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, toasted, moderate yeasty, fruity, mango, orange, spicy. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20100206]

bottle thanks to Daknole, pours hazy orange with a tall frothy white head. Sweet white grape, peach and yeast aroma. Soft hay and pale malt notes mix with candy sugar and peach. Tart grape and guava in the finish. High carbonation with a crisp mouth. Nice!

Bottle from ericandersnavy. Like I can’t thank you enough. I love beer and I love guava. So: Pours peach with a hugely frothy white head. Aroma is sort of funky peach. Medium body with frothy carbonation. It’s funky. It’s fruity. Is it guava? Could be. Finishes very mildly sour and funky. Saison it is. Very so. Delicious. Underrated. Very.

Bottle: Poured a cloudy dirty orangey color ale with a super huge foamy head with great retention and some super good lacing. Aroma of light Brett with some fruity ester and some spicy yeast is very interesting and quite complex. Taste is also a well balanced mix between some Brett with light sour notes and some fruity ester that are well mix with a spicy yeast finish. Body is full with limited filtration and perfect carbonation with no appearance of alcohol. Very well and I must say that I am very impressed by this new brewer.

Big grapefruit aroma and flavor. Lots of hops. Passion fruit, guava, and tropical fruit flavor. Hazy gold appearance. Light yeast for a saison, hardly any of it really. But I enjoyed this beer. Thanks to Skyview for sharing.
