Bottle from Kisjes Slijterijen, Meppel. Aroma is peppery yeast, bready pale malt, fruity and spicy notes, citrus, mild sugary, bit floral and perfumed. Flavour is about medium sweet and light to moderate bitter. Medium bodied, alcohol is well-hidden. Sweet and spicy peppery fruity Belgian strong ale, good stuff.

Bottle from Beers of Europe. Pours clear golden amber with a thick white head. Aromas of yeast, spice and bread. Classic tripel. Boozy finish.

Fairly ordinary and simple belgian strong for the mass palate. Sweet, bit floral, some general fruityness and plenty of alcohol warming the throat. Simple, not complicated and mostly Belgiany beery. Could do without, but not bad per se.

Not hoppy as advertised. Actually much better as a full bodied chewy bubblegum-like body. Very classical and not modernized. Het elfde gebod ams

Bottle from beer supermarket in Belgium. Kept for a few years. Aroma of sweet apples and caramel. Murky gold colour. Standard triple taste. Boozy but quite smooth.

Earthy golden beer. Good presentation

Blonde with a huge creamy head. Chunks of yeast. Creamy hoparoma. Full bodied and hoppy flavor with vanilla and pear. Hopbitter aftertaste with hints of metal. Fine beer with loads of hopbitterness. Alcohol present, but fairly well hidden.

Fles thuis geprobeerd met LiekevdV. Het is een oranjeachtig licht troebel bier met een stevig wit schuim. Het aroma is kruidig en fruitig. De smaak is kruidig wat zoet met in de nasmaak wat bitter.
