Bryggia is a tasteful hoppy specialty beer with a fresh yet very full flavor. It is a Bruges beer full of character with a pleasant hint of hops and a gentle fruitiness. The use of a special selection of Belgian hop varieties gives the beer a rich, spicy aroma. This triple is not overly sweet and is nicely balanced. Color blond. Alcohol 8.5%

Clear/pale blond body. White creamy head. Rather unpronounced aroma. Unbalanced, moderately bitter flavour. Rather dislike it.

Brewed at De Graal. Cloudy orange golden colour, good frothy white head, dissipates rather quickly, thin layer of foam remains. Sweetsour nose, bread, yeast, dough, bit caramel, citrus, herbs, apricot, some ginger. Medium sweet, slightly bitter taste, apricot, orange. Full body, oily to creamy texture, nice bitterness in the finish, also a bit sour and some herbal accents.

(bottle, 33cl) Hazy, golden colour with a blond mid-sized foamy head. Mildly yeasty (cara-)malt-accented aroma with notes of white bread, citrus and a shy herbal hoppy touch. Moderately sweet and delicately sour flavour, medium bodied with a moderate carbonation. Slightly caramelly malty taste with moderately fruity notes; sweet malty and shy bitter hoppy and slightly herbal spicy finish. Ok, not a must. 25.XII.13

Bottled@HBF. Hazy yellow color, small white head. Banana, some spices in the nose. Medium-bodied. Spicey (pepper), alcohol, lingering hoppyness. Light cat piss note. Pleasant anyway.

(Bottle, 0.33 l, at One Pint Pub, 20130701) The beer poured golden and clear. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had fruitiness, honey and citricness. Palate was medium bodied and warming with medium carbonation. Flavours were fruitiness, honey, grass, malts and bitterness. Afteraste was fruity, hoppy and bitter. A really good hoppy tripel. Palate was a bit too boozy.

Bottled @ RBESG 2013 Grand Tasting afterparty train ride. Hazy golden color, short white head. Aroma of hay and straw, some flowery hops, soft belgian yeast. Quite sweet, bit dry. Sorry, not impressed.
