(Bottle) Beautiful clear golden with big white head. Aroma is pleasant but rather disappointingly subtle. Palate is medium whilst the carbonation is lively. Some spicy and fruity notes at the start moving through to a rich and somewhat bitter finish. Overall a decent beer.

Bottle at home in London. Pours a cloudy gold with a large, tight, pure white head. Aroma holds caramel, slight tangy citrus, mild cardboard, candi. Medium sweet flavor, cardboardy bread, sugar, caramel, some grass and fruity bitterness. Medium bodied with big carbonation. Warm finish, more doughy malts, fresh tang, light sweetness, a clean but awkward bitterness. Not bad.

Sample at Ale Wine & Spirits in Powell on 08/25/2011. The beer is a golden color with a medium thick and fluffy white head that recedes slowly. Small patches of lacing. Aroma of fruit, molasses and hops. Medium body with a mildly spicy hops character and notes of sweet fruit and malt. The finish is short and lightly hoppy. Just average overall.

330ml swing-top bottle, shared with Finn early on a Friday at Oud Arsenaal. Rocky, white head resting on top of a cloudy, gold-yellow body. Good amount of lacework. Smell of hay and fresh fruits. Fruity taste with honey sweetness and herbal dryness. Fruit hoppy ending, bittersweet. Masked alcohol. Moreish (Antwerpen, 29.04.2011).

Bottle, big long lasting thick statue like head, very hazy golden to light orange colour, yeasty aroma of vanila and soap with notes of citrus and flowers, light mellow candy sweetness and some fruity touches with a strong grapefruit bitterness with some soapy touches, light aftertaste. Quite enjoyable.
