33 cl. flip-top bottle poured in to a Tulip. Hazy golden colour with an amber tint. Big, fluffy white head. Sweet aroma with spices, fruits, yeasts, grasses and floral hops. Light alcohol notes. Taste is light bitter. Medium body with a creamy texture and a lively carbonation. Finishes dry and fruity with spices, yeasts and light alcohol. Some grassy bitterness. Nice Belgian blonde.

Bottle at Dabbe, Pisa (2014) and from House Of Trembling Madness (2023). Clear golden body with a huge white head. Lively carbonation. Great lacing. Aroma of straw, white sugar and bitter hops. Flavour of green apple, salt, orange and underripe pear. Medium body with an oily texture. Soft fizz. Considering its strength, this is easy drinking and refreshing.

Single bottle from the LCBO with 8.3% ABV. and best before L14112015. Pours a cloudy golden-yellow colour with a white head, good retention and some patchy foam lace. Aromas start off on the malty side, but eventually, grass appears with mild yeast. The herbal notes come out a little bit more in the taste, giving some decent bitterness. This creates a small dryness in the mouthfeel. Spicy flavours making this one a total Belgian hoppy beer, and not a North American experience.

On tap, served in its own impressive-looking glassware.Pours pale golden, there are some bubbles coming from quite high carbonation, head is nice and staying well. Aroma is thickly honey, a bit spicy. Taste is also mildly spicy, several layers, bitter-sweet lemon biscuit. Would be great to try to pair this with some food.

Sweet. Yeast aroma. Medium to full body. Flat carbonation. Oily texture. Not bad, but you can feel the alcohol.

Very nice Belgian IPA. Bitter and fruity, but with a sweet yeasty body. Really good.
