Draught @ 16th Weekend of Spontaneous Fermentation 2007, Opstal. Clear medium red color with virtually none head. Aroma is light cherry, moderate sour. Flavor is light to moderate sweet and moderate to heavy acidic with a average to long duration. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is flat.

Draught Hazy, deep red colour, nearly purple; no head. Acetic onslaught and VERY sour cherries. Adstringent in the extreme. Somewhat softer taste, "sweeter" - or fruitier than the nose, but still a lot of acetic acid. This is really more vinegar dressing than drinking beer. OUCH my enamel!

Cask at Akkurat, Stockholm. Clear deep wine red. Tart aroma of lingonberries and cherries. Very dry. Almost still with rounded mouthfeel. Really acidic, but with very litltle barnyard character. Fairly straightforward, but very good.

Draught Clear red body. No head. Nose of earth, red wine and notes of cherries. Moderately acidic, lightly sweet initial flavour. Lightly acidic, short finish. Lightly bodied. Flat carbonation off-course. A soft kriekenlambiek.
