Draft at Mission Farms location. I like 100% brett beers but not barrel fermented because the brett turns much more sour. Not the herbal floral beer I want but actually a bit acetic. Decent but wasteful.

750 ml corked and caged bottle purchased at Martin City Pizza and Tap in Kansas City, Missouri. Bot on 06-08-15 printed on label. The pour is a clear golden with a ½ inch off white head that falls quick. Tons of fine carbonation bubbles rise to the surface. The aroma is dusty leather and lemon citrus. A bit of sweeter grass present as well. The taste is gentle fruit with apricot, mango, the lemon citrus then moves into the leather funk and grass of the Brett. Nice spice comes out in the aftertaste The palate is medium bodied, with fine carbonation and fruit Brett grass clove finish. Nice layering of flavors.
