We liked our mixed fermentation saison Alien Architecture so much that we decided to take it one step further and compliment its character by conditioning it on guava! The pungent notes of citrus and hay provided by the Brett are balanced with the sweet taste of guava, with a mouth puckering, dry, and funky finish.

Draft at the Wine Source in Bmore. Hazy glowing gold. Pretty. It appears to me a mostly artificial guava and a slightly tart Belgian Ale. Could be really guava, who knows? Medium esters and a maybe a wheat character. We used to call these boring fruit beers, now we call them good? 747314

From tap. Pours hazy orange. Small white head. Aroma is fruity, bretty to funky. Floral, fruity, brett and funky. Light sourish. Smooth fruity and funky finish.
