For this limited release, we took a kettle sour base beer with additions of lactose milk sugar and then generously hopped it with Amarillo, Centennial and Galaxy. We then conditioned the beer on copious amounts of Plum puree. The resulting beer displays bold aromatics of stone fruit and citrus. The flavor profile is moderately tart with a smooth creamy body supported by waves of plum.

Draft. Thick dirty look. It's a kettle sour hoppy beer with the fruitiness playing off each aspect. A little too much kettle sour plastic but low bitter and very easy to drink. Just wish it had less plastic.

On tap at The Wine Source, pours an opaque cloudy peachy orange with a small white head. Aroma brings out loads of lacto, with bright tropical fruits and citrus hops. Flavour is along the same lines, with tropical fruits, lacto and citrus hops. Really fruity and lacto-y. Really good.
