For this limited variant of our popular Crooked Beak IPA, we added a large portion of Passion Fruit puree post fermentation. The result is an incredibly fruit forward aroma that is followed by some moderately tart citrus fruit and a smooth sweet finish.

On tap at The Wine Source, pours a cloudy bright yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out fresh passionfruit upfront, with plenty of lacto. Flavour is loaded with passionfruit, with citrus hops and biscuity malt. Fruity and nicely hopped. Very good.

Draft at Wine Source. Good head retention. Pale and very cloudy. Paaaoonfruit is present but not overpowering. A litte bitterness. Not offputting hop aspects but the passion fruit overpowers anything from hops. If I wanted passion fruit and a decent IPA then this is it.
