On tap at Standard, pours a cloudy golden orange with a small beige head. Aroma brings out brett upfront, with light oak, wild yeast, and toasted biscuity malt. Flavour is along the same lines, with oak, biscuity malt, and light wild yeast. Oak and earthy. Solid.

750ml bottle gushes, then pours a ruby red with some creamy, white head. Nose has couch, straw, persimmon, mild candy. Flavors of candy, malt, a touch green, chewy, black tea too. Finishes tannic,

750ml bottle at the July DC RB mini-tasting. Poured a hazy dark orange, dull blood orange color with a medium sized slightly off-white head. Aroma was light raspberry fruit. Fizzy orange notes. Dry finish.

750mL capped and waxed bottle. A small gusher. Aroma malty and Bretty, which is what you want. Baked goods and light herbal Brett. A thick aroma with lightness. Flavor has the Brett coming through more with he malty backbone backing it up. Big head of course and glowing amber body.

Light florals and a sense of raspberry seeds - the bitter bit of the fruit. Pours pinkish orange with decent head. Sour with a bit of bitterness in the end. Bottle thanks to Beastiefan
