The prodigal son returned ... now that former assistant, Chipper, has settled in as head brewer over at Stewart's Brewing Co. we thought it was time to get the band back together and brew a little something. This is an oat bitter (30% of the grist is flaked and malted oats). Lightly dry hopped with Jester and Lemondrop.

From tap. Pours hazy amber. Aroma is fruity and slight citrusy. Mellow and fruity finish. Dry and herbal hoppy finish.

Sampler at Stewart's. Its a weird mix of light diacetyl and mineral. Also, the yeastiness is too clean. Has light hoppiness but definitely American It is all wrong in every direction. 635311
