Bottle at the January DC Ratebeer tasting. Poured a clear golden yellow color with a small white head. Aroma was really nice, sweet apple notes. Crisp, really fresh apple notes. Pleasant, semi dry apples. Sweet. Actually quite nice. Tastes like pressed apples.

750mL. Nicely sweet cider without being too sweet or fake. Moderate late carbonation. This is amazingly great after an overly sour Millstone. I trhink this is a biased rating.

Sampled at the 2013 Chicago Cider Summit. Pours a clear pale yellow with a bubbly white head that starts and remains at the edges and has some visible carbonation. Aroma is pretty faint with a combination of sweet and tart apples. Flavor is a touch thin with light tart apples with a bit of a dry finish. Heavily carbonated.

Sampled from a bottle at GTMW 2011. Pours a pale straw color with a medium sized fizzy head. Good head retention and lacing. Aroma of sweet apples with a little mealiness. The taste is straight sweet apples. Medium bodied. Disappointing.
