Half liter caped bottle gifted by Andrew. Dark red but clear pour. Pink bubbly loud head that quickly fades. Aroma is nose tickling with tartness. Once you let hat calm down there is a deep artsy and putty natural sweet cherry sourness. Very syrup, kompot, earthy cherry. The more tickling, tart, and wild aspects actually take away a bit from the cool cherry. Mouthfeel is tingle and spikey. A much more drying finish than expected but still that nice kompot cherry. Lots of bretty tartness as well. Lovely earthy cherry aftertaste. Nice job Wander. 848416

On tap at Wander, pours an opaque cloudy dark amber red with a small beige head. Aroma brings out loads of tart cherries and some funk. Flavour is nice and complex, with a wonderful cherry character upfront that is only lightly sweet, and has moderate tartness, yet low acidity. Not quite like a lambic, but honestly closer to a lambic than a typical American cherry lambic. Lovely stuff.

On tap at the Bellingham brewery. Hazy redish light brown. Thin white ring. Woody winey sour and deep subtle cherry flavors. Very good.
