12oz can poured into De Neve Lambic tumbler. No date. Loud pour, almost champagne like loudness and carbonation sizzle. Pale gold color. All the head quickly fades. Aroma had a great peach skim aroma, just as advertised with the name. It seems natural, I have a hard time believing it hurts the peach skin fuzzy, tart, and dry. Tart unripe peach pulp. Light and airy malt character below that. Flavor has a lot of natural peach tartness. Carbonation is lightly tingling. Dry, lightly peach sour finish. Fun fruit on a light beer with tartness and peach fruit sourness.
