12oz bottle, packaged on 2/23/17. Poured into 25cL willibecker glass. Clear dulled golden color. Initial head quickly fades. Aroma wet white bread, just slightly sticky with some cut grass European hops. Flavor is a little less sticky white bread malts, very low hop yet noble hopped. I would like it snappier and leaner but a very decent pils.

8 week old bottle > pilsner glass. A: Poured hard to a 1/2" head of snow white bubbly foam. Crystal clear pale yellow with big bubbles, good head retention and patches of lace. S: Crackers with grass and herbs. T: Sweet and bitter at once with sour bread, herbal or floral hop notes and a hint of lemon all balanced nicely. M: Light and crisp with average carbonation level and lingering slick coating. O: Pretty good from a brewery that makes a lot of mediocre stuff. Worth a try at least if you like pilsners.

Keg at Mellow Mushroom Charlottesville, 5/14/16. Clear golden, thin foamy tan head, good retention. Aroma of pale doughy malt, noble hops, a bit of citrus. The taste is pale doughy malt, grassy hops. Medium bodied, well balanced, could stand to be a touch crisper.
