Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 6 | Flavor - 5 | Texture - 4 | Overall - 5.5
On tap at Argilla, pours a hazy orange amber with a small white head. Aroma is loaded with grapefruit, piney hops, and a caramel malt character. Flavour is along the same lines, with some vegetal notes, caramel malt, and piney hops. This one doesn't seem quite properly calibrated. Okay.

Sampler at brewery slick gold appearance. Mid school DIPA. Sweet hops, not close to the current levels of juiciness but sweet fruit hops for circa 2010. Some times me ruining it a bit and a moderate bitter nose. Flavor is more pine with that lemon pledge like aspect but done sweetness and bitterness helping. Decent stuff.
