Tap at the brewery. Murky milky brown, brown creamy head. Light salty tart roast, dry salt, chalky salty finish, unbalanced, a muddled mess.

On tap at Waverly, pours black with a small beige head. Aroma brings out lots of briny oysters upfront, really dominating the nose. Flavour is along the same lines, with tons of briny notes from the oysters. Quite tangy and lacking body. Not a huge fan.

Draft at brewery. Looks like it’s a nice stout with Very big nitro head. Aroma is soft and muted light dry cocoa from the nitro. Very light bodied with a light mineral earthiness very faint cocoa. Not getting any oysters or anything like that.
