Bottle from Chez Moeder Lambic Fontainas, Brussels; bottle 043/300
Black color with brownish head. In this beer the roasted malts are well combined with the grappa; it’s quite dry but smooth, with some salty liquorice feeling; the aroma is a bit animal, sheep fur; not much bitterness; there are some ashes.Interesting, different.
