Hazy orange pour with a stable white head. Aroma is yeast, orange(citrus, maramalade, herbs. Taste is malt/bread, orange, candied sugar, herbs. Slightly, but not overly boozy. Enjoyed it

Pours a quite hazy deep orange, not too attractive in colour. Nice head though. Average sized, pretty dense, good retention and excellent lacing. Average to high intensity in the aroma: a sugary, slightly doughish soft base, followed by quite strong fruity notes (pear, orange, peach from most to less vivid, all with a candied fruit character to them), light spiciness, a herbal/balsamic hint. Very nice aroma, perhaps not super defined. Taste notes follow the aroma quite closely, with that herbal/balsamic presence a bit more evident in finish/aftertaste. Perhaps slightly less intense than the aroma suggested but still nicely vivid; good depth, fair taste definition. Medium to high sweetness, low to medium bitterness. Has quite some sugary character but it feels overall pretty clean and the finish is definitely dry enough; all in all pretty well balanced. Well hidden alcohol, a light warming hint. Medium to dense body, average, light-bubbled carbonation (probably a bit less less carbonated than usual per style); a nice semi-fulll, quite soft, slightly creamy mouthfeel. Very nice tripel.

The fruity, yeasty aroma is alright, but the sickly sweetness killed this beer for me. I am not a fan of sweet Strong Ales and Tripels. This is way out of balance.

A clear dark golden beer with a white lacing. Aroma of ripe stone fruits, caramel, spices. Taste of ripe fruits, caramel, herbs, spicy hops.

Kräutrig-hefiger, herb-alkoholischer Beginn. Süffig, hellmalzig, der Alkohol bleibt präsent und stört auch etwas. Würzig, brotig, ok. 9/8/8/8/8/8

bottiglia 33 cl, 8,5% vol., schiuma bianco sporco fine pannosa persistente, color ambrato carico torbido con lieviti in sospensione, al naso lieviti belgi succo di pera zucchero filato banana, in bocca succo di pera frutta candita note erbacee, corpo rotondo, lieve astringente, bella secca, carbonatazione decisa, dolce con amaro accentuato. Bottled 330ml. -at Ambasada Zagreb as Adelardus Tripel with 8.5%ABV. Darker golden coloured, medium sized off-white head, yeasty and light alcohol nose. Sweet malty, caramel, yeasty, light fruity and notes of alcohol with moderate crabonation.

(bottle 0,33l from topvino.cz online shop) Overall: Nice spicy belgian with some funky notes. Aroma: Spicy, light leather/wood. Appearance: Clear dark golden color. Minimal, white head. Taste: Light sweet, malty, spicy, very light leather. Palate: Medium body. Light bitter, light warm finish.
