Bottle, 8%. The aroma has malt, paper, caramel, a bit of earth. Brown colour, small floaties. The flavour is a little citric along with a bit of maltiness. The citricness is OK, but I do not think it goes that well with the kind of semi-dry maltiness.

Bottle< Slighgtly hazy, amber body. Off-white head. Aroma of malts, grapes, ... ok balance and quite complex. Moderately sweet, lightly bitter flavour which is well balaned. Alhough not that complex, this is a interesting beer.

(Bottle 75 cl) Courtesy of Grovlam. Very hazy - almost muddy - amber colour with a tiny, off-white head. Floral and herbal nose - some camomile perhaps - and a whiff of honey. Medium body and a somewhat astringent, quinine-like bitterness but then a gain rather fresh flower notes. There’s an underlying tartness in there as with most Fantômes. And weird as most Fantômes but at least quite drinkable. 280907

Bottled. Amber colour, mediumsized head. Aroma is earthy, barnyardy, mustardy and malty. Flavour is very much but much more sour than the aroma would let know. Long sour and earthy aftertaste.

Bottled. A murky orange-brown beer with a thin off-white head. The aroma is acidic with notes of white wine, malt, and grapefruit. The flavor is sweet and acidic at the same time with primary notes of white wine, leading to a dry acidic end.

75cl bottle at Chris Shindig. Hazy copper, really wet hay and farmyard. Really not that great in my opinion, bit sour. Really fairly poor.
