Barwa zielona, niemal klarowne, piana biała, średnio obfita, średnio trwała.
W aromacie perfuma, nuty kwiatowe, prawdopodobnie marzanka.
W smaku kwaśność na poziomie średnim, lekka słodycz, sporo nut kwiatowych. Kontra chmielowa znikoma.
Goryczka niska, wysycenie w normie, ciało lekkie, piwo jest soczyste, bardzo pijalne.
Nieco przesadzili z perfumą, poza tym niezłe piwo.

330ml bottle. Clear green, brief head and very little left on top. Aroma of artificial syrupy flavorings and wheat. Creamy malts mixed with a very artifical syrup, slightly sour. Quite clingy to the palate, a strange burnt caramel edge. I have no idea what woodruff syrup is but not sure I want to. Gimmicky without the quality to get away with it. Drinkable though.

Green beer alert! Slightly hazy apple green with a frothy/bubbly white head and an aroma like apple, rhubarb and custard. Has a soft, sherbet mouthfeel with a tart fruit edge coming through before a dry tart finish

Waldmeister, "Master of the Woods," is made with a tiny (1%) addition of Woodruff syrup. This traditional herb was added to many Berliner Weissen. Sadly it's super sweet and syrupy here. Could barely finish it. Shocking to have two green beers in one week

Berliner Weiße mit Schuss - seit fast 20 Jahren nicht mehr getrunken (damals tatsächlich in Berlin). Giftgrüne Farbe, leicht grünlicher Schaum. Saurer Antrunk, sehr süß, fruchtig mit leicht bittererem (fast galligem) Unterton im Mittelteil, hinten raus wieder etwas zu säurebetont. Viel besser als die Himbeer-Variante, aber da gehört nicht viel dazu. Trotzdem etwas dumpf und insgesamt nicht toll. Etwas frischer, weniger süß und weniger sauer, dann wäre das vielleicht eine Alternative zu Radler, Russ oder Cola-Weizen. Kann jetzt wieder 20 Jahre dauern bis ich mir noch mal eine Berliner Weiße mit Schuss „gönne“.

330 ml bottle. Green color with a white head. Woodruff syrup, lemon juice, hints of Berliner Weiße. Dry sourness, syrupy sweetness. Light bodied, watery texture, lively carbonated, dry sweetish finish. Decent enough for what it is. More beer than in the cherry version.
