Bottle shared thanks to Sjogro. Hazy dark pink with light pink head. Raspberry candy, Fernandez soda, light milk and sour grains, lots of chemical sweeteners, some nuts, hay. Medium sweet and light sour. Light to medium bodied with a bit sticky feel. Nope.

Pink-red color with pink head. Aroma is sweet raspberries, like a syrup, but also with a heavy tartness in there. It doesn’t blend together though. Taste is both sweet raspberry syrup and Berliner Weisse tartness. The finish is heavily sour. Very refreshing, but it doesn’t work together too well. Still enjoyable. Fizzy carbonation.

Red beer with a pink head served with a straw…..is this drinkable? Absolutely. Fresh fruity and lactic aroma. Decent light body and a fine carbonation. Ok balance between acidity and sweetness. Acidic raspberries and a bit lactic flavor. Works fine with me.

Bottle sample at a sour tasting at Noam’s office. Thanks Shahar K. Nice hazy pink with a lighter pink head. Nice candy-ish berries aroma. Sweet flavor, candy-ish, with berries, light tartness and some lacto (yogurt). Light-bodied, a bit sticky. Candy-ish but pleasant.

33 cl bottle @ Die Butterhanne, Goslar as "Berliner Kindle Weisse Himbeere". Aroma has oversweet raspberry juice extract. Flavour has sweet raspberry juice and hints of sour cream. Sticky palate. Finishes dryish and sour cream gets stronger. Too sweet, raspberry is too dominant here.

Sweet-sour aroma, with slight funk, wheat, sweet berries, candies.
Very sweet, lemonade taste, with candies, sweet berries, some wheat, very subtle sourness.
Light mouthfeel, with a lively carbonation.
Finishes sweet, with lemonade, candy, some wheat.
Ugh! The nose is bearable, with even some sour, funk notes, but the taste is way too sweet, no alcoholic beverage charakter at all. Terrible stuff.
