Unsere Berliner Kindl Weisse Himbeere taucht überall dort auf, wo die Sonne lacht. Herrlich frisch, fruchtig prickelnd und mit Schuss: Schon immer wurde die Original Berliner Kindl Weisse gern gemixt. Für den Genuss-To-Go gibt es den Berliner Bierbotschafter fix und fertig gemischt mit einem fruchtig-süßen Schuss Himbeere. Ein Genuss - nicht nur im Sommer.

31st July 2010. ChrisOs Pre GBBF - ’Raise The Roof’ tasting. Hazy cerise beer. Strawberries on the nose and strawberries and red fruits. Reminded me a little of Fresca - the frothy sweet drink from the 1970s.

Bottled (thanks Timo A!). Pale reddish coolour with small white/pinkidh head. Aroma is raspberry, some wheat and a bit sugary. Flavour is raspberries, some mild wheat, some cerry (!) pips, Pleasant and dry.

Bottle at Chris O’s ‘Raise the roof’ tasting. Cloudy pink with a rose head. Horrid sweet aroma. Too sweet in fact. Long, lingering and unwelcome finish.

Bottle. Sickly raspberry colour. Strong aroma of fruit and not in a nice way. Very dry on the palate. Mix of bitterness and fruit mix in the flavour

Looks, tastes and smells artificial. Reminds me a lot of "blandsaft", which is OK (I guess), but this is just not beer. The taste starts promising with some sourness, but ends way too sweet, Tiny bitterness in the aftertaste.

06/03 0.33 l bottle. It poured pink body with big pink head. Raspberry aroma, quite sweet raspberry flavor, slightly sour. Medium body I believe (drunk handwriting) with long sourish to sweet fruity finish. Interesting thing, pleasant like juice but it remained some sourish Berliner Weisse characteristics, definitely much better than I’ve expected.

Bottle from the Kaisers near Brauhaus Mitte. Poured a pink-red body with a relatively big pink head. Rasperry dominates the nose but there’s a lot of dust too. Nice and sweetish though. Sweet raspberry taste, slightly chalky and yeasty. Not as bad as I expected.

Cloudy red with a pink head. Sweet raspberry notes in the aroma. Flavor was sweet and sourish with raspberries, marzipan and almonds. Finished sourish. Funny enough this had some cherry notes as well.

bottle, pours hazy pink with a medium soft pink head. Aroma is raspberry syrup and grapefruit. Flavor is lightly wheat, but is heavily masked by tons of raspberry that is sweet and fades to a slightly sour finish. Not all that bad, but hardly beer.
