33cl Bottle from Meijer, Egmond a/Zee. Hazy golden colour, white head. Aroma of spicy Belgian yeast, cooked apples, smells a bit old, old cookies, malts, light citrus. Flavour is light to medium sweet, malty, peach, light fruity, hint of citrus, light spicy, cooked apples, firm bitter finish. Light bodied, over-medium carbonation. Meh... And not a saison, just an ordinary Belgian Blond.

Bottle. Creamy White good mostly lasting head. Pale yellow colour. Moderate malty and hoppy and yeasty aroma. Citrus and maybe brett? Moderate bitter flavor. Average moderate bitter finish. Oily palate.

Celebration ale with very thick, rocky and frothy, densely lacing, snow white head and clear golden blonde colour with fierce champagne-like sparkling. Aroma of green apple, cava, lime peel, honey, field flowers, fresh pineapple, grass, hint of vanilla, cardboard, melon, white bread, iron. Crisp and fruity onset (sour berries, pineapple, pear) with light sourish touch, strongly sparkling carbonation not unlike cava or prosecco, dryish and supple body, lightly honeyish and somewhat bready backbone, spicy yeast impressions, dry and spicy finish, yeasty with somewhat powdery mouthfeel, some grassy hops, bitterish, a bit earthy, medium long. Quite delicate, almost crémant-like Duvel epigone. Not bad at all!

330 mml bottle tasted on 22/08/2014. Hazy golden colour with a medium and consistent white head. Aroma of malts, bread, hops and lemon. Taste is spicy with a lot of bubbles, fresh lemon and malts. Full body with bitter and dry aftertaste. Next one please!

Bottle @ Voldby Tasting. Pours light golden with a white head, loads of lively bubbles. Aroma of light malt, yeast, honey, sweet fruit. Flavor is malt, yeast, honey, fruity, pear. Thin to medium body, liverly carbonation. 280514

sample, geel/gouden helder met mega witte kraag. Aroma van bloemen, mout, citrus en gist. smaken zijn die van citrus, licht zepig in de mond, redelijk zoet, redelijk bitter, matig fruit, matig mout, redelijk kruidig, medium body, glad in de mond, afdronk erg kruidig, niet zo héél lekker, vrij gistig/bitter.
