Kollane mõdu. Hapukas, mesine, marjane, väga lihtne, isegi nats vesine, natuke mõrudust ja alksi. Okis.

Bright yellow colour, no head. Aroma of honey, paint thinner, mead, light spices. Sweet flavour, no real complexity. Sweet finish, honey. I’ve had better meads.

Sampled @ RBESG 13 Grand Tasting. Clear yellow colour. Smells alcohol, honey, cheese, funghus and caramel. Tastes sweet, honey, wood and white wine. I like stuff like this in very small amounts. I love it the first to sips, after that it gets worse and worse. Full body.

75 cl. bottle sampled @ RBESG 2013. Thx! to Countbeer. Pours a brigh golden. Honey in the nose feels slightly synthetic, notes of wild herbs & flowers, reasonable amount of sweetness in this one. Taste is touch synthetic honey, wild herbs & flowers, touch of hay & barnyard, hint plastic, booze in the finish feels a bit too synthetic, almost medicinal & raw to me. Body is a bit light. Agreeable but clearly not the best stuff. Always happy to try more mead.

Bottle at the RBESG 2013 Grand Tasting. Poured a clear light straw colour with no head at all. The aroma was rather strong alcoholic and sweet leading to a smooth, medium sweet, desert wine like flavour with some toffee notes. It’s so very unusual and not like a beer at all. I’m struggling to rate this. It’s so very different.

Bottled @ RBESG 2013 Grand Tasting. Clear golden color, no head. Leaves beautiful teardrops to the side of the glass. Very viscous. Aroma of huge toffee, caramel, candy, some honey, soft alcohol. Hint of sourness in taste, quite sweet, vinous. Supersweet actually. Like a dessert wine, barley wine or hey, like a mead. I love this stuff!
