0.75l bottle. Hazy blonde body with a huge white head. Lemon juice, grapefruit and orange zest defines it's character with some vinegar and a bit of salt. The finish has some citrusy bitterness too. Nice one.

Bottled (backlog). Hazy yellowish golden colour with a mediumsized white head, which leaves some lace. Aroma is fruity, floral, some dry wooden notes with mild toffee as well. Flavour is dry wood, some fruity, floral, nectary and mild sweet malty notes.

One Mile House, Brooklyn: pours orange with a white head. Aroma is fruity and lightly bretty. Very full. No bitterness. Some sweetness. Light complexity. Thought it would be better.

Decent. Some bretta, some light oak. Some pine. Pours hazy golden with good head and lacing. Interestingly, this was called "Jolly Pumpkin Galaxy White" but I’m assuming that was a mix up. Tap at Churhckey.

Bottle’service not quite a gusher. Killer aroma of tart saison fresh hops. Flavor’s sort of a combo of ipa, saison, wild.very drinkable.

Bottle, 75cl corked. It pours a hazy pale golden body under a big, foamy white head. There’s lots of lemony brett in the aroma, with pine cones, pineapple, some candied peach, hints of leather and barnyard and a faint grassy touch. Notes of mandarine and also a whiff of pale malts. Even some gooseberries. It’s dry and rather effervescent on the palate, medium to full-bodied, almost tart. Lemon, pineapple, candied peach, some funky flavors and a really fine bitterness in the flavor. Everlasting fruity and bitter finish with funkyness and a faint peppery hint. It’s perhaps a bit too enthusiastic awarding a 9 for flavor, it’s not at the same level as the aroma, especially not initially, but the finish is just lovely. It sure deserves a very high rating. I could easily accept this as a regular beer. 160423
