Bottle. A- Funky, barnyard, citrus, champagne, brett, spices, sour. A- Lemon yellow color, hazy liquid, white head. T- Super funky, barnyard, citrus, champagne, dry, subtle spice, sour. P- Light body, average texture, medium carbonation, funky finish. O- I have been so excited to try this as I love love love White IPAs. Finally found this and tried it. Wow. Not good. At all. Nothing like a White IPA at all. It says drink fresh or age to bring out the funk. Apparently the funk sets in really fast. With about 5 months of age on it it was as funky and as much barnyard aspects as you could get. Super sour and funky. A major let down for me. I’m almost afraid to drink the Whiteout Wit now. Why couldn’t they leave out the brett.

750 ml bottle from Whole Foods. Pours a clear yellow color with a medium white head. A big funky citrus nose. Funky, dry lemons and oak, big citrus, the French oak is huge. Tropical notes, more dry oak. It works very well.
