Bottled at SBWF. Cloudy deep golden, coarse head. Distinct salty hay-like grapefruit aroma. Sweet and full bodied, powerful and heavy. An onslaught of hayand salty grapefruit from the hops. Very bitter finish. Loads of power, less emphasis on details.

Hazy orange colour. Has quite a floral aroma. Texture is thick and oily. Flavours of bitter citrus.

50cl bottle from Appellation Wines. Pours hazy orangey with a thin layer of lace. The nose has oranges, apricots and a hint of earthiness. The taste has marmalade, parma violet sweets and then the marmalade returns on the finish. The palate has a medium to large body and big tangy texture and a refreshing finish, despite the big alcohol. Overall nice beer - like the way the hops have come out jammy because of the alcohol levels.

0,5 flaske (batch 499): Deilig floral og grasaktig aroma.javascript: RadioSel(overall,19); Fint skum som etterlater et slør langs glasset. Første smaksinntrykk er godt, men etter hvert overtar en besk og noe metallisk ettersmak. De 9% er behagelig tilbaketrukket i smaksbildet.

Hazy orange with a big and lasting off-white head. Aroma is sweet, amlty, caramel and moderate hoppy - grapefruit and grass. Flavor is quite sweet and rather bitter. Dry and rather bitter finish. High carbonation. 100812

50cl bottle at Parkteateret. Pours hazy orange with a small off-white head. Hoppy aroma with fruits, citrus, pine, caramel, malt and a hint of alcohol. Fruity with a slightly bitter and citrusy finish. Quite well balanced. Noticeable alcohol, but a nice DIPA. 2012-07-09

Bottle. Has a hazy dull amber colour with a very small off-white head. The aroma is dominated by a nice sweet and fruity hop tones with peaches and some alcohol. Powerful and well-balanced flavours of fruity hops with some alcohol in the end. Feels a bit sour in the mouth, and is surprisingly only medium bitter. This is a really good and aromatic DIPA, and feels more like a british kind of IPA.

The contents started to come right away from the bottle and I needed to clean the table first. Aroma is nice and fresh with lots of exotic fruits and some resin. Palate is too high on CO2 and too foamy. Flavour has resin, exotic fruits and hints of ash-like element typical to beers with too much CO2. Good DIPA still – and not too sweet.

Bottle from Pivkupectvi Zly casy, Prague. Cloudy orange color with small white head. Aroma of kumquat, grapefruit, honey, coriander, floral hops. Taste, yeast, citrus hops, caramel, pine, honey, some tartness in background. Yeasty, sour finish with light bitterness. Good.
