Lys brun klar med lavt hvitt skum. Lukter hvete, lett karamell og alkohol. Middels fylde. Smaker alkohol, noe salt, lite sødme, bittersøt mot slutten.

Bottle at Bridge Brasserie, Gent, Sunday 18th October 2015. Looks like a pilsner in appearance, clean, clear gold with a white sticky head. Cannot believe that this is 9% drinks fine, clean tasting, it’s ok but no great shakes. Not sure where the Inferno bit comes from as it is not hot. A5 A4 T6 P3 Ov11 2.9

Tasting set on draft at the brewery. Inferno tripel is the only one that uses hops. Bright clear gold with a buttery rich cinnamon flavor, taste also has buttery diacetyl, spice and alcohol burn another off beer.

33cl bottle from Õllepood Nr.2 Gambrinus, Pärnu. Pours clear golden with a fairly decent white head. Malty and slightly spicy aroma with notes of honey, herb and alcohol, hints of ripe fruits, caramel and Belgian yeast too. Sweet and somewhat boozy as the alcohol is quite noticeable. Not much bitterness, but I didn’t expect that either. Haven’t been very impressed with any of the beers I’ve tried so far from the brewery. All of them were drinkable, but mostly highly forgettable, bur this one is borderline unpleasant.

Bottle. An almost clear one, golden in color and with a big off-white head. The aroma is quite cellarish and fruity, with some hay and flowers. It’s medium bodied and semi-sweet, with a soft carbonation. Cellar, hay and some flower in the flavor. Lasting finish with too much hay and cellar. Not very interesting or tasteful this one. 150711
